This Privacy Policy describes how Davoda (“we” or “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information from users of the Davoda Scheduler, our website (davoda.com), and any other services we provide that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that we handle on behalf of customers of our Services, including information about their employees’ availability, preferred roles, and proficiency levels. We process this information as a “service provider” or “processor” on behalf of our customers and subject to our agreements with them.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information.

Information you give us:

  • Contact details such as name, email address, and phone number.

  • Communications that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise.

  • Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our Services, and details about how you engage with our communications.

  • Content that you input into the Services, including information about other employees, such as names, preferences, staffing needs, and information about availability, preferred roles, proficiency levels, and job performance.

Information we obtain from other sources: If you sign up for or log into your davoda.com account with a third party service (such as Google or Facebook), you direct the third party to send us your information (such as your name, email address, and authentication information). The information we receive when you authenticate through a third-party service depends on the settings, permissions and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. You should always check the privacy settings and notices in the relevant third-party services to understand what data may be disclosed to us or shared with us. We may also maintain pages on social media platforms, such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, you or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform.

Automatic data collection. We and our service providers may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with our Services, such as:

We may share personal information with third party advertising companies (including for the interest-based advertising purposes described above), lead generation partners, and channel partners, resellers, and distributors that allow us to explore and pursue growth opportunities.

Unsubscribe from direct marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing-related communications by following the opt out or unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communication we send you.

Opt-out of interest-based advertising. You may limit online tracking by:

  • Blocking cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies, including cookies used for interest-based advertising. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings.
